Positioned on the edge of the dune reserve with the serenity of the paperbark trees as the backdrop, this beautiful home offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. As soon as you enter the home you will be immediately immersed in the relaxed casual elegance of the polished concrete floors, high void above the lounge, and stunning kitchen and dining. The vast stacker doors and high windows frame the lap pool and the covered outdoor dining area.

** ACCOMMODATION **
All bedrooms are located on the second level where there are two master bedrooms with ensuites and two other bedrooms that share an interconnecting bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an option to accommodate two additional guests with a queen foldout couch in the media room, complete with privacy doors. The ground floor also features the living room, dining, kitchen and powder room.

Gorgeous white stone benchtops, high quality appliances, induction stovetop and a butler’s pantry make this fully equipped kitchen a home cook’s dream. It also features AEG German appliances, a family sized fridge, microwave oven, InSinkErator, filtered tap water and a coffee machine which takes ground beans.

** LIVING ROOM AND ENTERTAINMENT **
The entire downstairs is dedicated to the living spaces of the home with emphasis on the merging of the indoors and outside by the use of big stacker doors and high glass, so the space is filled with light and sea breezes, with the sound of the ocean in the background.

The media room can be separated by sliding doors, so you can choose this space to be intimate or open up to add to the other spaces. A large Smart TV with a big comfortable lounge make this room ideal for those who wish to watch a movie or chill in a quiet space with a book.

The dining room is another separate space next to the kitchen, with access to the outdoor covered entertaining area and big windows to open the space to the outside.

Located on a tranquil part of Yaroomba Beach, Coolum is just a short 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk along a scenic coastal pathway where you can stroll down the esplanade or stop at one of the many shops and cafes, or walk up Mt Coolum for a panoramic view of the coast. There are extensive bike paths north and south of the property. The house has lush tropical gardens surrounded by natural dunes and bushland... the dream setting for your next Sunshine Coast holiday.
