Enjoy a small kitchenette with a shower area, unlimited wifi and an outdoor area for you to relax and listen to the waves rolling in.

Wander the fitzroy village boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. You won't need a car here as many of the major attractions are close by. On street parking only.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
