A well-appointed, stunning bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette plus off-street parking completes this wonderful cost effective package. The property boasts an advanced fresh air ventilation system and it is well insulated to create a warm, cosy environment.

Enjoy a good coffee and pastry at Piccolo Morso and lunch at the Hub while you enjoy exploring the quirky village shops of Fitzroy. After a busy day out, you can curl up and watch Netflix on the Smart TV and make use of the Unlimited WI-FI.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toliet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Guests are asked to bring their hair dryer with them.
