The home is an entertainers dream; gather on the top deck and enjoy the beautiful tranquil outlook while enjoying a BBQ, or escape the summer heat and adjourn downstairs where you will find another enticing entertaining area.The arcade game with Pacman, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Galaga plus many more including unlimited WIFI which will keep the kids entertained for hours!
Pets are welcome at this property (strictly outside only) and the large yard is fully fenced for your familys enjoyment and security. Any extra cleaning required due to pet hair etc will be deducted from the guests security deposit.
The home is equipped with everything you need and more! It has a 65" High Definition TV, DVD player, stereo with iPod connectivity, air conditioning, coffee machine and dishwasher. As well as ample luxury outdoor seating there is a large family dining table and cosy living area.
Located in a quiet area and only a 10-minute drive to shopping and restaurants, including the famous Rick Steins Restaurant at Mollymook.
This property has a strict no party policy and all guests must be over the age 21 when booking this property.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website.
Please note: This property is self-contained but not serviced. Linen, sheets, towels, toiletries etc are not provided. Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.

Great property, poor management
Torquay Drive was a lovely large home that comfortably fit 8 adults. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, large dining table, comfortable couches, and a good sized sloping backyard. The rooms are well sound proofed and the internet was fast and reliable.
Unfortunately, our interaction with the property managers (Ray White Surfside Properties, Bawley Point) was unpleasant and disappointing, so we cannot rate the property as highly as it deserves.
Some of the most disappointing aspects of our stay:
-We were charged an additional $210 for a Covid19-related deep clean. This is reasonable considering the times. However, we weren't notified until 2 days before our stay. By then there were no other properties available, and Ray White has a no-refund policy, so we had no choice but to accept the last minute fee. This additional fee should absolutely be mentioned on the property listing and included in the total price. It felt deceptive to introduce it at such a late date.
-I wasn't sent the email with basic confirmation details until I called the manager's office on the day of our arrival. This meant we had to drive an extra 45 minutes to the real estate agents office to pick up the keys (which would have been preventable if they had sent me the email telling us where to pick up the keys beforehand).
-I sent the managers a list of questions about the property (including a question about where to retrieve the keys) 2 days before our arrival. The managers never replied, nor did they address my questions when I went to pick up the keys.
-Picking up and dropping off the keys was a very tense experience. We were not given an introduction to the property, and were not asked about our stay. The employees working at the time did the bare minimum of interaction, which was at best unpleasant, and at worst had us worrying that they were trying to trap us into additional cleaning fees by not making the terms and conditions clear.
-The terms and conditions for the property are weirdly excessive. For example, you can be charged $20 for leaving dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Considering that a $250 cleaning fee is already included in the booking price, this is unreasonable and makes for a very paranoid final clean of the house.
-The house presented clean overall, but the cutlery and cooking pots were dirty. We had to handwash most kitchen items before we could use them.
-The bins were nearly full when we arrived. Even if this was the last tenant's' fault, this is very disappointing to find on arrival, especially considering the strict terms and conditions.
Ultimately: if the managers had been better communicators, had been polite in person, and had cleaned the house in a way that aligned with their own terms and conditions, our stay would have been completely fine. Unfortunately, our experience with the managers soured our experience. We cannot recommend this property unless there is a significant change in management practices.

Perfect family retreat
We had a fantastic time away. The accommodation was perfect! Everything we needed and plenty to do with the kids. Great location, close to Ulladulla and awesome beach. This was a perfect family retreat, Lake Tabourie is highly recommended!

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
