Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac at the Pier-end of town, 2 streets back from the Great Ocean Road with Queens Park to the rear, stands an amazing collaboration between coastal architect Charlie Mina, and local luxury builder George Dragovitch (GD Construction). The harmony of landscape and architecture, accentuated by 180 degree ocean views, and complemented by modern coastal luxury in every interior element, makes this property stand out from the rest.

You are greeted on the middle level by an expansive entry where your attention is divided between uninterrupted ocean views through full glass balcony entry, stairways down to more water showcased by the 9m solar-heated pool, and a floating stairway to the master bedroom that begs to be explored.

Continuing through the middle-floor is a living and entertaining dream. Full glass stacker doors allow you to utilize the entire space including 50 sq metre balcony and Weber BBQ. Go with formal dining, numerous take-away options, or sit up at the breakfast bar to enjoy meals-in, cooked on European VZUG appliances including full steam oven, convection oven, induction and warming drawer. Sink in to the Italian-imported Meizai modular sofa and be mesmerised by the Oblica suspended fireplace as you catch up on some of the latest in entertainment on your 50 inch HD TV, complete with Foxtel. A powder room replete with Abey appliances ensures you don't have to leave the comfort of this zone.

As you explore the master retreat upstairs, you pass a workplace nook for those getaways that are not as much of an escape as you had hoped, but at least makes workplace tasks less onerous as you contemplate the ocean. The Misura King Bed facing ocean views with your private balcony provides another aspect of the beautiful Louttit Bay, which remains uninterrupted as you sink in to your Abey bath. Or if you've had enough of the ocean for one day, why not cross your heated tiles to views of Queens Park as you choose which of the rain showers you'll use today.

For those not lucky enough to sleep in the master bedroom, there is a miniature version of the same luxury on the lower floor, complete with ocean views, private deck entrance, King Bed, heated tiles and rain shower. The remaining two bedrooms provide another King Bed guest room with partial ocean views, and a fourth bedroom that can be utilized for 6 (or 8) guests with Double Bed bunks. The comfort of guests in these additional rooms is ensured by a separate powder room, bathroom with modern free-standing bath and rain shower, and an expansive laundry with Miele appliances should you be using the property over a longer stay. Finishing off this floor is a separate living area with another 50 inch TV, and deck entrance to the back-yard and solar-heated pool to enjoy over the warmer months.

You'll struggle to leave this luxury oasis, but if you want to explore more of this beachside town, its a short stroll to the Pier or a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and main swimming beach.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
