This beautifully presented home is nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Marengo, located 2 km from Apollo Bay with a lovely ocean walk linking the two townships.

The property is ideally located on the Ocean side of the Great Ocean Road, perched on a rise overlooking Bass Strait.
The open plan living, dining & kitchen area sit adjacent to large bi-fold doors that open out onto a large deck area where you can enjoy those great ocean views from all angles of your holiday home while having that feel of welcoming the outside into your living area.

Enjoy the reverse cycle air conditioner and Coonara wood heater, we have you covered on those chilly winter nights and those hot summer days. You may also wish to take advantage of beautiful deck area and enjoy a glass of wine, relax around your BBQ with family/friends or simply soak up the sun and the ocean views.

The Marengo beach is only a minutes walk away where you and your family/friends can enjoy beach activities, like swimming, fishing & surfing. After a day at the beach you may be tempted to venture into Apollo Bay and dine at one of the many cafes/restaurants, then returning to the tranquility of your holiday home. Want more, why not indulge yourself in some retail therapy and browse the local outlets for local and unusual produce/gifts/fashion that are on offer.
