Close to Nelson Bay Beach, Playgrounds and Restaurants

The Location – Our Kiah apartment located in the front of the complex on the third floor, is in the heart of all the nearby attractions you could ever want, with Nelson Bay Foreshore Reserve, Jet Ski Hire, the Marina, playgrounds, On-Lead Dog Exercise Area, Worimi Conservation Lands, and the SPLASH Waterpark, all a measly two-mins drive away, or seven-minutes if you’re walking.

Port Stephens Visitor Information Centre is a two-minute walk if you’re keen on finding out on some of the best local attractions around. Less than 5-minutes’ walk will take you to the grocery store, as well as some of the finest eateries around town, such as Sandpipers Restaurant, Mod Thai, Evviva Café & Bar, The Little Nel, Sharky’s Pizza Shack, The Marina Ice Creamery, The Wharf Restaurant and the Dolphin Watch Café.

The Apartment – Walking distance to Nelson Bay Beach, Fly Point and the Marina, is our Kiah Apartment. Overlook the sparkling waterviews of the Mariana and Port Stephens Waterway from our humble abode's balcony. Featuring two bedrooms, and one bathroom, this third floor, stair only access apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Free wi-fi, a flat screen television and split air con is available in the living room, alongside a queen sized sofa bed (linen for the sofa bed must either be brought with you or hired through our office). Ceiling fans travel throughout the open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer combination, oven, stove, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, basic dishes, utensils as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Our two bedrooms are fitted with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes, wall décor and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and our second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom features a vanity, shower and toilet. Laundry internal facilities available include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The balcony offers outdoor furniture and gas BBQ where you can sit back enjoy the view and appreciate some great sunsets over the waterway.

A carport is near the door entry at the complex, along with a single lock up garage.

Children are welcome, however the elderly may have some trouble with the three levels of stairs. Please be aware of this at the time of booking.

Linens and bed makes are supplied for the beds, however you will need to bring linen for the queen sofa bed, or hire it through our office.

There are active smoke alarms at this property.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
