Private Noosa Sound waterfront accommodation doesn't come any better than 53 Wyuna Drive - an amazing 2-storey, 4 bedroom home, situated in the much sought after Noosa Sound area, with absolute waterfront and a fabulous South East aspect across the river to the leafy forest area opposite and views filled with bird life and water craft drifting by.

Renovated fully in April 2023, this Noosa holiday property ticks all the boxes! With a sandy 24m river-front 'beach' and large grassed area with palm trees to relax on, undoubtedly the perfect place for a picturesque holiday with peace and quiet at your doorstep. And no fences hinder the water view from the living areas or outdoor dining area. Take your stand up paddle board for a spin on the river, drop a line in the water to catch your dinner, or simply just stay at home and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The property offers 4 bedrooms with 2 x Queens located upstairs, 2 x Double Bunks upstairs and 1 x Queen downstairs. There are 3 bathrooms (2 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs) plus a downstairs powder room. Spa bath in master ensuite and full bath in upstairs family bathroom. There are also built-in robes.

Fully equipped large kitchen ready for use by a gourmet chef. 53 Wyuna Drive Noosa Sound is fully equipped with a laundry featuring a F&P top loading washing machine & F&P dryer. Ducted Air conditioning upstairs and split system in downstairs main living area (not in the billiard room) . Ceiling fans in all rooms except master bedroom and bunk room.

Free wifi for guest use also! Brand new comfortable and modern furnishings throughout with Klipsch sound system and security screen doors. The games room has a 32 inch JVC TV, games console, a brand new modern billiard table, ping pong table & bean bags.

Boasting a large rear patio with large fixed umbrella over for al fresco dining looking out over the canal plus Weber BBQ.

Please note that the waterfront is not fenced off when entering the rear waterfront area from inside the house.

There is a secure lock up garage for your goods, too narrow for a vehicle, but there is driveway parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of on-street parking too.

You may also use the stand up paddle boards available in garage/down side of house - please note that these are to be used at your own risk and securing a booking and using them will be acceptance of the risks.

Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited. There is currently building works on a house on the right side of property so normal level of construction noise should be expected, correct at April 2023.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00 am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:

  1. Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
  2. Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.

If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

  1. Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
  2. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
  3. Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
