This extraordinary property has to be seen to be believed, offering views as far as the eye can see from the massive balconies or viewing deck! Jump into the new solar heated pool with fabulous decking, have a game of billiards, or just sit on one of the enormous decks and take in the view - this property is truly magnificent! It's like staying in a resort!
Two full-size kitchens on each level with a gas cook-top, electric ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, and quality appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine and 2 fridges - one with an icemaker. Spacious lounges with television/dvd/cd (one with bar), Foxtel in the upstairs living area, and dining areas on each level. Beautifully equipped bathrooms, some with spa baths, ample parking in the spacious driveway for several cars, and/or a boat. Air-conditioned throughout, separate powder room off the deck, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Linen is included and all the beds will be made up for your arrival.

This home is spacious and great for large groups. Its like two homes stacked on top on one another. Plenty of cutlery, plates, cups etc. Clean and the most amazing views. Highly recommend.

Fabulous weekend for multi-family stay
Our 15th year of 5-6 families gathering under one roof. A perfect set up with large pool, sensational uninterrupted vista of the Bay, two kitchens well equipped with glasses, crockery and condiments, a Webber and large BBQ, three lounge areas, multiple fridges and wine fridges. Short walk to Rye shopping strip and short drive to Rosebud plaza. Enjoyed nearby Park run, beach walk to Rye Pier and Enchanted Maze and Zipline. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables. Great!

Top class indeed!
Great holiday accommodation for a large group with all necessary amenities. Plenty of rooms, scenic view and spotless. Staff at Verve Vacation were great, with a special mention to Annette Ready for her help throughout this difficult Covid times for holidaying.

Outstanding property.
This is an outstanding property with a nice swimming pool, a billiard table, and a built-in look out which is a favorite for most guests. The interior design is excellent, plenty of equipment to use. Very clean. Verve were friendly and helpful; delivered an extra bed at request; and because it was available, we were granted early check in and later check out... thank you! If I must say something less favorable, that may be the double beds which we, the spoiled people who are used to King Sized bed, found a bit small. Many thanks for offering the place.

Bigger than it looks!
Large and lovely home, perfect for groups and families. Far bigger than it looks in pictures with three living areas, three decks and a separate pool area we had enough space to hang out, and do our own thing. Great entertainment with TV's in most rooms and the living areas, lots of cool air conditioning, a beautiful large pool which got a thorough use on a 38 degree day, a pool table and big entertainer kitchen(s!) All we needed and more, we hope to return again next year.

A grand perfect place!
As you look back the venue was perfect for our family and the house was so huge it eliminated a lot of noise. The views were awesome and loved watching the ships sail by. Thanks again was a grand perfect place.

Stunning property, suitable for big groups.
A group of 20+ spent a weekend at the house, we absolutely loved it. House is spacious, clean, well taken care of and perfect for a group getaway. Close to beach, shops, but in a quiet area. Stunning property, suitable for big groups, felt very much like home.

The property was amazing with lots of space!
Great view, also the convenience of group / families staying together and having privacy when required. The booking process was very smooth, clear detailed communication before visit and timely response for any queries. We could not use pool as not heated, but there is enough apart from the pool to spend a few days. Perfect place for large groups. Highly recommended.
