The Location - A waterfront executive Noosa Waters Holiday Home in Noosa Waters, an exclusive canal estate next to the Noosa River that features some of the most prestigious homes in Noosa. Many homes in the estate have won design awards and feature stunning designs by Noosa leading architects. 36 The Promontory is no different being designed by well-known designer Paul Clout. Much of Noosa Waters is waterfront property and as such offers an excellent lifestyle choice. The canal is protected from boating traffic and from tidal surges by a private lock. The lock joins Noosa Waters directly to the Noosa River. This is the perfect arrangement for ease of access to waterways and the ocean whilst maintaining security and privacy for owners in Noosa Waters. Close to Noosaville and the Noosa River, Noosa Waters is only a short walk or drive to the shops, cafes and fine dining along the riverfront at Gympie Terrace.

The Unit - This fully fenced exceptional executive home is the ideal couple’s getaway. A large master suite and spa on the lower level flow onto expansive decks that connect with kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully functional kitchen is fitted with integrated coffee machine, microwave and dishwashers that all flow around the large centre island and look out over the pristine waterways. With a large master downstairs and the other three en-suited bedrooms upstairs. This property provides the idyllic family getaway. The property has a full reverse cycle air-conditioning.

All 4 bedrooms are with en-suites (1 King, 3 Queens). Balconies off bedrooms and built in robes.

Relax on the solar heated pool and spa - please note that temperature cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to weather conditions. Also featuring outdoor cabana games room, entertaining deck and landscaped gardens, majestic gas fireplace, TV room - with one of 6 TV's, DVD, Foxtel (Includes a curved screen Samsung TV), Private jetty, Security access

Chef's kitchen including an integrated coffee Machine with ice/water Fridge and 2 fully integrated dishwashers. There is also built in BBQ.
Convenient with laundry with washing machine & dryer and a free WIFI.

Please take note that the house also features a 29 metre water frontage (not fenced) and a 3 Water features plus water flows through the home - Consideration needs to be given with young children

The lock up garage is for one car only + 2 driveway car spaces (owner keeps a car in the double garage)

Weddings, functions, parties or schoolies are not permitted and pets are also not allowed.

Linen, bath towels, and bed makes on arrival are supplied.

Loch Key available but must be requested at time of booking - this will allow you bring your boat or Jet ski to enjoy around the water ways of the River or Noosa waters - a $500 Bond is required when receiving the lock key - this will be charged to your credit card and refunded when the loch key is returned.

** The boat on the boat lift is not for guest use

** Only one set of keys including a remote for the garage is provided and these are accessed via a lock box on site

** There is no fence to the waterfront - consideration needs to be given with young children

Ladies breakaway

We arrived to a beautiful home but we had some issues on arrival & through out our stay but all was fixed without to much hassle...I must say the Holiday Rental office staff & Manager that we went through where so good to deal with & made it pleasant.
The house was like a small resort that you had to yourself with all having our own bedroom & Ensuite which was a bonus (NO sharing).Would recommend this home to anyone who wants a luxury & quite holiday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Effective from 1 February 2019, the following Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings made from that date and will replace any previous Cancellation policies.
  • Any request to cancel a reservation must be notified in writing and may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid by you to NHR and the Property Owner in respect of the reservation
  • A notification of cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing, either by email to [email protected] or by letter, addressed to NHR, 25 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.
  • Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 90 days from arrival, at the absolute discretion of NHR, an offer will be made to transfer the booking to another date and, subject to meeting the requirements of Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, and if agreed, a Transfer Fee (as defined in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions) will apply.
  • With respect to a cancellation under these Terms and Conditions NHR will attempt to find a guest who will book for the same period and at the same tariff. If NHR is successful, then NHR will consider refunding all moneys for nights rebooked less a $500 (Inclusive GST) administrative fee and any other costs or fees incurred by the owner as a result of the cancellation.
  • Despite all efforts, NHR may not be able to find another guest for the same period and at the same tariff, or at all, and may have to reduce the tariff or agree to an overlapping booking. In that case the amount refunded will be reduced accordingly.
  • If an owner’s loss exceeds the amount of moneys paid by the guest as a deposit, then the guest whose booking was cancelled will be indebted to the owner for the balance.
  • If a booking is affected due to a Government Health Directive, the Property Owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates. However, Travel Insurance taken out by the guest – as strongly recommended elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions – must be relied upon by the guest should they choose to cancel their booking.
  • If a refund is provided to a guest for any reason where the tariff or deposit has been paid by credit card, the Credit card fee paid is not refundable as these fees are not refundable from the bank. We do provide alternative means of payment where fees are not incurred, specifically by direct deposit. Please ask for details if you wish to pay by this method.
  • Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
  • Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
