Situated on the top of the hill of Tomaree Road this unit offers 2 bedrooms and access through the garage. The front patio area has an outdoor setting that looks onto a well maintained garden and has beautiful views of the Shoal Bay waterways.
The combined living dining and kitchen are well equipped including a large TV and blue ray player.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and BIR.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, a set of single bed bunks and BIR.
The original bathroom has a bath and walk in shower and toilet and a second toilet just down the hall.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine for your convenience and there is a private clothes line located in the garage.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Great Location!
This is our second time in this property( 2017-last time ).
Great location , 2-3 mins walking distance to Shoal bay beach. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
Mattresses might need to be upgraded as too thin and soft.
Quilt sheet need to change .

Great location
We had a great stay April long weekend , beds are comfy takeout and restaurants down the street.
And also he beach, great for family getaway.

I enjoyed my holiday but there was alot of confusion with emails and I had to kill 5 large cockroaches over my stay.

We send a pre-arrival email and a check-in email to inform our guests what they are to expect when arriving at our property, as well as a guidebook of things to do in the area. Granted, some people might not like the two emails, but we think it's important to provide this information for our guests rather than not enough. We will take your suggestions into consideration. Spring Holiday Getaway
The place was awesome considering the amount of space and the location of the apartment we rented. The best part for me was the natural lighting in the main bathroom.
