Convenient Location With A Green Leafy Outlook

The Location: This holiday duplex is situated in a central location which means guests are ideally placed for the towns vibrant and lively atmosphere. Nelson Bay CBD is only 600m away with plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and D'Albora Marina offering more restaurant, shops and a choice of aquatic activities including daily dolphin cruises. Nelson Bay golf course is a short 800m away, a 27 hole championship golf course on the skirt of the Tomaree National Park, with native trees and flora. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and native birds. A fantastic scenic lookout is about 1.5m from the duplex, Gan Gan lookout is accessed either by car or foot, it is one of the highest points in the area and offers breathtaking views of the bay, the dramatic Yacabba and Tomaree headlands, the spectacular Tomaree National Park and the towering Stockton Bight sand dunes.

The Duplex: This split level recently renovated two bedroom duplex has been furnished with modern inclusions and offers free Wi-fi and air conditioning. The carpeted lower level features the comfortable lounge area, complete with Smart TV and a DVD player and access to a private undercover balcony with a peaceful leafy outlook full of native trees and wildlife. The balcony provides outdoor furnishings and a BBQ.

The middle level houses the air conditioned dining and kitchen area. The modern well equipped kitchen provides a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and a front loading washing machine. The kitchen also offers an island bench with four bar stools. The beautifully designed bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles has a free standing bath tub and a large open glass shower with a rain water shower head. 

The upper level offers two carpeted bedrooms, the main with a queen bed offering a ceiling fan and built in robes and the second bedroom offering a double bed. There is another bathroom with a shower on this level. The backyard has been landscaped and finishes off this lovely property. There is a Single lock up garage and a car space for your use.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Winning Villa

Very nice , clean had every thing you need clise to Club and shopping centre.
My only complaint I found was I couldn't work out how to use oven stove even after both husband and myself read 1 pages manual very confusing ,was just lucky they had electric frypan.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
