The Headlands at either end of the beach offer protection on windy days and the grassy reserves behind the beach are perfect for picnics, relaxing and watching the kids at play.
If your looking for something without the kids you can play a round of golf at the Mollymook Beachside Golf Course, the prestigious Bannister's Resort featuring Rick Steins Restaurant and a pizza and cocktail bar or visit one of our local wineries including Cupitt's Winery and Bawley Vale Estate at Bawley Point.
The beauty of our local area is that you can do as much or as little as you like. Climb Pigeon House mountain, go bush walking on one of the many walks in the area, visit the blueberry farm at Termeil Clyde River Berry Farm and pick your own blueberries from December - January. Put the boat in the water and go fishing or enjoy a fishing charter, snorkel, kayak or hire a stand up paddle board at Narrawallee Inlet and visit the historic township of Milton to browse the boutique shops and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes, the opportunities are endless.
The House - Why not sit back, relax and get that well earned rest you ultimately deserve in this spacious two bedroom Mollymook Beach downstairs unit. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, DVD, wood BBQ, plenty of off street parking (no access to the garage) Flat walk to beach, club and shops. Sleeps 6 - 1 x Queen, 2 x singles, 1 x bunk
PLEASE NOTE - This is a large house and guests have access to the downstairs unit of the house and the owners of the property will stay upstairs from time to time - the main foyer is shared. The driveway, garden and backyard is also shared.
Linen is NOT provided - please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Alternatively please contact Mollymook Linen Hire on 0411 473 254.

Good stay but harassed by owner
Great price for the stay during holiday but had some unpleasant experience with the owner. The owner lives upstairs of the unit and checked on us a few times (a bit over friendly). Interesting thing is the owner declares she is "friend" of owner to us and agent however after chatting with the male landlord, we noticed the mid-age lady is his wife. She had issue about our friend bringing a dog over and became rude to my visiting friend and threatened "YOU ARE IN TROUBLE!" after the dog was found indoor, although we already noticed and were happy to pay extra cleaning fee with Agent. Landlord should not get herself involved at any point of our stay because we booked property with agent directly. Very unpleasant experience due to landlord's (his wife's) harassment. Besides, the household appliances are pretty old. For instance microwave is about 20-30 year old, Some small appliances are not costly to upgrade but it shows how stingy the owner is. No dishwasher at all. Due to the poor sound isolation, you can hear big noise from bedroom when someone is using bathroom. Landlord uses spare toilet and laundry room although it says on property description that it is for renter to use. Be careful and think again before you book this one!

Great family holiday
Super clean. Well-sized 2 bedroom accommodation. Very handy location - convenient to Bannister Head and Ulladulla. We hope to have another family holiday here again soon!

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
