This beautiful, stylish split level home islocated on the high side of Corlette with 180 degree water views across Port Stephens from both floors.
The upper level offers open plan and air conditioned living with a large flatscreen TV, Foxtel and a Sonos sound system, a Jetmaster fireplace, leading out to a balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor table and a coffee corner taking in those views! The dining area seats up to twelve guests and there is a gourmet kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, large fridge plus a second beverage fridge, DeLonghi coffee maker (BYO pods) and a walk in pantry scullery with a dishwasher and ice maker. Also on the upper level is the master bedroom with direct access to the balcony, a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with a fully body rain shower.
The lower level has a second living area with a Flatscreen TV and Foxtel and four bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds (can be joined on request) and the fourth with two single beds and a king single bunk), plus two more full bathrooms (one with a bath). The lower level has access to the patio, also offering waterviews.

Leaking taps and sinks
Although the nice views, inside the house a lot was wrong, leaking taps and sinks. Being accused of ripping sheets and had to pay a lot of money for IKEA quality

This review is very disappointing to receive! This is a fantastic property as you can see its popularity by previous guest reviews. There are absolute no leaking taps or sinks, the sinks is quite shallow so can cause a little water to overflow. This guests comments are completely unwarranted and unfortunately are just unhappy as they did not want to pay for ripping a sheet. The property's furniture is top of the line and we can guarantee you will not be disappointed, so please do not listen to this difficult guest review.

Beautiful home with magnificent views
Clean and comfortable house for a group of friends to enjoy a weekend getaway. Drinks on the beach were amazing and the sunset views from the balcony top it off. Only downside was the location of the key collection and some ants in the kitchen.

Everything we wanted and more
Phuza Maningi was perfect. It was the best place we’ve stayed at in the area in 6+ years we have been coming up. It accommodated all 12 of us easily and had everything we thought we might need and more. The view was magic and the place was clean and bright. I will certainly recommend it to others.

Comfortable and clean
The property is very clean and well maintained and looked like the photos. Everything worked well. The only suggestions:
- call out in the description that the driveway is shared with the neighbour
- add blinds/curtains in the main living area as the property is situated on a hill, there's no privacy

Short Term "golfing break"
All 8 were extremely pleased with the property and how it was presented and the many items included5 in the kitchen and pantry
Our only issue was the we had trouble with the front door lock when leaving and had to exit via the garage
