4 Bedroom Duplex with Air Con!

This is an air conditioned home perfect for a family in Shoal Bay, it has a small courtyard and a fenced yard suitable for a small pet!

The recently renovated property has ceiling fans and built in robes in all the bedrooms and a bath and a walk in shower in the brand new main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and shower available.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom two also has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom three has two single beds, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four is a bunk room at the rear with one set of single bunk beds. 

The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven with double doors and beautiful granite bench tops. The dining suite is just off the kitchen and seats 6 people.

The laundry offers a washing machine and there is room to park a small boat in the driveway. Just around the corner is a shared walking and cycling path that leads down to beautiful Fingal Bay Beach and a fenced area where you can let your dog run off leash if you have brought a pet with you. If you are very lucky you may even spot a koala along the way. There is a new bbq purchased October 2021.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Please note, the East coast of Australia is a paralysis tick area and we recommend applying precautions for paralysis tick to your dog (check with your vet).

Pet friendly- nice & clean

Property pretty clean loads of fresh clean linen, however tv remote did not work, bedroom two fan setting only stays on high can only switch of from main light switch, laundry toilet would not flush and no hairdryer. Apart from that it’s roomy. We enjoyed our stay..

Not the greatest holiday

Not the best when we arrived had to clean the whole house dog hair everywhere lounges and top of beds. Tiles had not been mopped in a while when I mopped them water in bucket was black..lawns had not been mowed,beds not comftables new mattresses need it I will not be returning before arriving i did ask about their corona cleaning policy were I was advice they use a cleaning company, were they follow their procedures well thats not true.House is very neglected has electrical problems and a leaking shower.,

Great Stay

A clean, tidy property that ticked most of the boxes. The back bunk room was excellent for the kids as they had their own space to play and the second bathroom in the laundry was convenient for the kids to use.
Loved the new bathroom and kitchen with all modern appliances and plenty of storage space.The air conditioning and ceiling fans came in handy during the hot days.
The only thing the house didn’t have was a clothes dryer, which we needed as it rained much of the week and it was difficult getting things dry with just the clothes airer.
There is no backyard to the house but there is an enclosed front yard and the parking is good.

Excellent Accommodation!

This is a great place to stay with or without a pet. Very clean and bright throughout. Excellent spot for Nan, us, our kids and Grandkids to stay all together as a family. Good location, plenty of nice beaches close by to visit and Nelsons Bay just a short drive away. Will happily stay again.

Great location with all the comforts of home

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
