Spacious Family Home Located in Quiet Street in Fingal Bay!

Located only 12 Mins walk to the pristine waters of Fingal Bay Beach.

Large four bedroom family home will suit two families, this double storey home is spacious and well equipped.

Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the balcony. There are also three bedrooms, all with built in robes and main bathroom with bath, separate shower and separate toilet. The ensuite has a walk in shower. The main lounge area has a 42 inch plasma TV and blu ray home theatre system and also a bar area.

Downstairs there is an extra living area with TV, laundry with washer and dryer and third shower and fourth bedroom with tribunk and a single bed. There is a small kitchenette accessed through this bedroom with microwave and sink and an 8ft pool table for the family to enjoy.

Small courtyard where you can sit and read a book or just have quiet time and enjoy the garden.

Bed Configuration:

Bedroom One: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom Two: 1 x Tri-Bunk, which consists of 1 x Double Bed on the bottom bunk, and 1 x Single Bed on the top bunk.

Bedroom Three: 1 x Tri-Bunk, which consists of 1 x Double Bed on the bottom bunk, and 1 x Single Bed on the top bunk.

Bedroom Four: 3 x Single Beds.

good location, house needs maintenance

We enjoyed our time there, but the house is a little tired and a maintenance check would be good.
We did inform the office of various issues which included...
Tiles lifting in laundry shower..
Portable fan not working..
Speaker system dissassembled and left behind bar..
Some screen doors and curtains need mainentance..
Kitchen light inoperative..
Some bed bases not level - some beds are uncomfortable..
There was no bbq which would have been good..
Crisper drawer broken..

Pretty good house for the price, but tired.

Old house in a good location

Old house in need of renovation but spacious and in good location in a walking distance to beach and a cafe. Some of the windows lock do not work which makes security a concern. Another issue was that all garbage bins were full. We informed the property manager on the first day but no action was taken.

Great space and location

Plenty of room in the house, great location didnt have to go far to get anywhere, only problem was a lot of stuff was broken, and the fridge wasnt super cold but did its job just enough, had an aircon unit but couldnt turn it on so only had 1 super old fan to keep us cool in summer, checkin and check out was super easy, and the beds had linen even though it said no linen supplied so that was a nice surprise, wasnt really enough toilet paper supplied for the amount of people staying, more photos in the description also wouldve been great

Spacious Home which needs some fixing

Good location and the home was huge with plenty of space. The heater didn't work and no one came to fix it even after complaining. One of the bedrooms carpet was very wet.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
