Like the name suggests, you will find it hard to secure another property like this one. With panoramic views, private access to Cormorant Beach and a short walk to Gannet Beach, you will not have to venture far and why would you want to? You will be able to sit and enjoy the luxury of this property while watching the passing by of whales, seals and dolphins.
The moment you step inside the property you will forget about the stresses of everyday life and find yourself gazing out the floor to ceiling doors in the main living area. On a warm day you can open them up and let in the cool sea breeze and relaxing sound of the ocean and waves. Alternatively, you are spoilt with outside seating arrangements.
Designed and furnished with exceptional taste, the 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 living areas are bright, fresh and designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. With 2 large living areas and 2 flat screen LCD TVs, there will always be somewhere to kick back and relax.
Indulgences included but not limited to King Koil mattresses, gas fire place, automatically controlled blinds and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The property will provide linen, towels, kitchen cleaning essentials and a selection of sample size toiletries.

Great location and view
We booked this house for a family holiday. Great views and best location in Bawley- close to beach, shops and definitely the most enviable view of all! We were let down by the ammenities and felt there could be better attention to detail given the cost of our stay.
For a 3 bedroom house at almost $2,000 per night we were given just 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap to be shared between the vanity, bath and shower, no bath mats, a very small amount of dishwashing liquid at the bottle of an empty bottle, a dirty used sponge, the oven was filthy and many of the dishes were put away from previous guests without checking that they were actually clean. We had to re-wash many of the items including all of the wine glasses.
In addition, the rules that the property have included having to wash and put away all dishes prior to departure and I get the feeling that because of this the cleaners / property owners do not check the quality of cleaning and therefore many dishes get put away dirty.
Finally, for the price we paid I would have expected some finer details such as salt, pepper, oil, pantry basics to be supplied.
It is a beautiful home with a lovely outlook however due to our experience as listed above we would not book this home again.

Best of the Best!
This house is not only private, luxurious and modern but it is in the BEST location. We spent 5 nights with my wife and 2 children and had the most amazing time.
Perfect for a chilled out break, living in luxury and only seconds from a beautiful, crystal clear beach right on our door step.
Highly recommend this house to any couple, family or group of friends.
We love it so much that we will be using this house on a regular basis.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
