The Location - Only 550m away from Shoal Bay beachfront is the gorgeously upheld townhouse on Edward Street. If you're feeling like a hike and want to experience mother nature's breathtaking scenery, head to the Tomaree Head Summit walk. As you hike the track, you’ll enjoy unparalleled views of idyllic Port Stephens and its coastline. From the top, you can even see as far as Cabbage Tree and Boondelbah islands – these nature reserves are the world’s only nesting sites for the endangered Gould's petrel. When you reach the summit, enjoy panoramic views of Yacaaba Head, Cabbage Tree, Boondelbah and Broughton Islands from the north platform. From the south platform, views of Zenith, Wreck and Box Beaches, Fingal Island (all these beaches only 1-2kms from the Townhouse) and Point Stephens Lighthouse will be sure to impress. Make sure to take your binoculars if you want to whale/ dolphin watch!
A selection of cafes, grocery stores and a pharmacy can be found 500m away. Enjoy eateries that are practically right around the corner such as Mod Thai, Gianni's, Zenith, Fusion At The Bay, Shoal Bay Country Club, Little Beach Boathouse, La Dolce Vita and many more.
The Townhouse - The two storey townhouse is a three bedroom, two bathroom upper level air-conditioned property. On entrance level you will find open plan living room with a flat screen television and a free wi-fi connection, which flows out to the north facing alfresco entertaining area, a gas BBQ, a lovely courtyard and an above ground spa.
A well equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and a dishwasher is provided. A second living area plus the laundry with third toilet completes the downstairs section.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a King Bed, a walk-in robe and ensuite, and in the other two bedrooms (1 x King Bed and 2 x King Singles) are built-ins, along with the main bathroom.
Safely secure your vehicle with our single lock up garage as well as extra parking space available in the driveway. (The second lock up garage space is for owner use only).
Linen packs and bed makes are supplied.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
