Undoubtedly boasting one of the best views in town, this contemporary house sits in a premier location, a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to cafes, restaurants, the local pub and all conveniences.
A holiday home enjoyed by celebrities, Eagle Point has been featured in The Australian Travel section, inflight magazines, used for filming and used as a prize on The Block.
Somewhat understated at street level, on entry the home reveals itself as elite. Upon arrival, go straight upstairs….open plan is an understatement!

While the home can host many people it still provides a feeling of intimate luxury that can be enjoyed by 1 to 14 guests.
