The open plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen for your holiday cooking needs, dinning and relaxing lounge area with a slider that opens wide out to the lawn so you can bring the sea views and salt air directly into the bach. From the moment you arrive you will feel completely relaxed in this space. A purpose-built outdoor area takes full advantage of the ocean outlook while watching the children play on the rope swing at the same time as cooking your family a BBQ. This outdoor area is truly magical and very rare to find.

On the ground level there is two bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Head up stairs to a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, couch, tv and outdoor balcony and more breathtaking sea views. An additional bedroom with another comfortable queen bed and a second bathroom. Additional features include WiFi, Laundry Facilities, Two Smart TV with Netflix's. Plenty of on street parking. Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
