This property comfortably suits two families or up to 8 adults across two levels. On the ground floor two bedrooms (1Q, 1Q ), bathroom, lounge with TV, bar fridge and laundry. A beautifully landscaped courtyard includes outdoor furniture, dining area and BBQ facility.
Approach upstairs via a unique double staircase and arrive into the wraparound living area with breathtaking views to North Lorne and straight out to the blue horizon. On this level enjoy relaxing in the sunroom with daybed, enjoy drinks and the view from the bar, dining area seats 8, and a galley style kitchen with Miele appliances. The main Lounge room has open fireplace, TV, and games.

The ultimate feature of the house is the drop-down windows that wrap around the front of the property and create either a cool balcony protected from the sun for summer, or a cosy haven in winter. Louvre windows used in every room capture the sea breeze for instant fresh relief, complimented by blinds and push-button outdoor awnings.
Upstairs includes the Master bedroom (1xQ) with a postcard view, walk through robe, and private ensuite; a second bedroom (1xQ), and family bathroom with bath.
Decor is natural, light and bright, the walls are white and lime washed ply with a fresh mint detail throughout the home. Split system heating and cooling ensures year round comfort.
Other features include unlimited WIFI, 2 car lock up garage, outdoor shower and clothesline.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
