YARINGA is a spacious, 3 bedroom apartment in Sawtell situated directly behind Murrays beach the northern stretch of Sawtell beach. Follow a short bush trail and youre on the beach.

 

YARINGA will very comfortably accommodate 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen bed and there are two single beds in each of the other bedrooms, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as the living areas. There are two bathrooms: the main bedroom has an ensuite. In the internal laundry there is a washing machine and dryer. The unit also has a lock-up garage. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan and the north-facing front balcony catches the sun and sea breeze.

 

YARINGA is excellently located for your holiday, with all Sawtells attractions either a walk or a 3 minute drive away. Along the beach to the north is scenic Boambee Headland, with a walking circuit and panoramic lookout a great way to start the day. Just around the headland is the protected, child-friendly Boambee Bay Reserve for swimming, a picnic or BBQ. South along the beach (15 mins leisurely walk) is Sawtell patrolled beach and the Sawtell surf club terrace caf. Stroll along beautiful 1st Avenue Sawtell close by, with its cafes, boutiques and heritage cinema. Further south along the beach is Bonville Headland with spectacular coastal views, the Sawtell rock pool and Bonville Reserve.

Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.

All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.

Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
