VIEWS AT EASTERN VIEW is a 3 level holiday house with spectacular views from every level. Level 1 has the kitchen and dining area with ocean views, level 2 is the living area with ocean views from the Aireys Inlet lighthouse through to Lorne. Level 3 has the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a set of bunks. The combined bathroom laundry is also on this level. The second bathroom has external access only. There are multiple outdoor areas to sit back and relax and enjoy the views.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16 (children under this age not permitted).
WOOD HEATER SHOWN IN IMAGES IS NO LONGER IN USE - replaced by reverse cycle heating and cooling.
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - Pillows and doonas (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels. Alternatively, LINEN HIRE can be arranged for an additional cost on request.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
