The Location: When location is everything, you can't beat being right across the road from the sand and calm waters of Nelson Bay Beach. A level 600 metres walk along the foreshore brings you to the bustling township of Nelson Bay for you to enjoy relaxing in one of its many cafes and restaurants, stroll around the selection of boutique shops and wonder down to the marina where there is an array of restaurants and the gateway to a selection of aquatic activities and cruises.In the other direction from the duplex brings you to Fly Point Reserve (350m away) which which is a popular scuba diving and snorkeling spot.
The Duplex: This single level ground floor duplex looks straight across to the beach from the front porch and living area, capturing the sea breezes and bay water views. The carpeted living area is open plan and has air conditioning. it offers a flat screen TV, two 2 seater lounges and a dining table. Glass sliding doors takes you out to an undercover balcony with table and chairs and has a secured gate around it plus direct access to beach. The full kitchen has an upright stove, microwave, dishwasher, a full fridge and a washer
The main bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a tri bunk and a single bed, the bathroom has a shower, basin with large mirror and a toilet. Entrance is to the side of the house and there is off street parking for three cars at the front of the duplex. There is a communal BBQ across the road near the beach.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Little Gem
Great Views. Walking distance to town. Parking off street. Lovely little villa. We had the front one, sunset amazing. Very clean. Well organised when picking/dropping off keys. Just one thing, its such a shame with great views that you can't pull up blinds in bedrooms, even lace curtains would be great to let the light in more during the day.

Excellent location
A fabulous little gem. Perfect for families as the beach is right across the road. A very short walk to a playground and the Nelson Bay Marina.
Everything provided plus a few extras left by previous guests.
When we arrived the space wasn’t cleaned very well. I had to vacuum all the excess sand in the kitchen and bathroom. Even sand on the table. In light of the ‘extra COVID cleaning’ in this respect I was disappointed as I then cleaned all the surfaces.
Still a great holiday place.

Great position
Lovely view of the sea across the road. Pity about the rise in the footpath enclosing what I think is a sewerage outlet, but the ocean can still be seen on either side. Lovely sunsets. Easy walking distance to the wharf and shops

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
