Peaceful Townhouse Close To Shoal Bay Beaches
The Location - Located in a no through street with National Park at your back door and less than 2km to Fingal Bay and four beautiful beaches (Fingal Beach, Shoal Bay Beach, Wreck Beach and Zenith Beach (please note: Wreck and Zenith are notpatrolled). You are spoilt for choice!
Shoal Bay is less than 1.3km away offering an array of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops including the Shoal Bay Country Club. You can also hire kayaks and paddle boards in the high season, bicycles and tennis rackets for the communal courts. Tomaree Mountain is a must see and with a safe walking track to the summit, it is sure to impress with spectacular views over Port Stephens. Nelson Bay township is only 4.5kms away, with a normal 30 minutes Port Stephens bus service within 100 metres.
The Townhouse - Beautifully appointed townhouse with ducted air conditioning is positioned within a boutique complex of three. It boasts a family friendly floor plan with multiple living zones and endless natural light, with peace and quiet but is still close to the beach.
Downstairs is an inviting open plan lounge/dining room adjacent to a lovely modern well equipped kitchen offering a full fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. The master bedroom is on this level with an ensuite and built in robes. There is also an extra shower and toilet off the laundry which offers a washing machine and clothes dryer in the double lock up garage.
Upstairs has three large bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the other with a set of bunk beds (please note that the bunks are not suitable for adults), all with built in robes. There is also another separate living area at the top of the stairs with a TV, ideal for the younger family members to retreat to. The main bathroom provides a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
There is also a double lock up garage which had internal access through the laundry and the property also has wifi available to our guests. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
There is a strict "no party policy" at this property. Please take note of all terms and conditions and have particular consideration for the neighbours. Failure to abide by our terms and conditions may result in eviction from the property without refund.

Tween Bays Review
The house is more suited to small groups. The kitchen and living room are a little small. It is located very close to the national park, making it very convenient to go for bush walks. Due to it being at the back of the block, the living room window looks out onto the neighbour’s backyard.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
