The Location – The Luxe Shack is so named due to its beautiful renovations and charming cottage vibe. Adjoining onto a waterfront reserve, Luxe Shack is close to everything you need and want on your stay-cation, including a two-minute walk to the famous, family-friendly Dutchie’s Beach, easily accessed by the path next to the holiday home. It’s perfect for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and has a playground for the kids to enjoy. Or take a casual scenic stroll (1km) to the marina, boutique stores, and the many divine restaurants in Nelson Bay.
Less than a 5-minute drive will lead you to some of the finest local eateries such as: The Wharf Restaurant that features Mariana views and seafood dishes; Evviva Café & Bar to experience delicious coffee and wines within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; Bluewater Grill, an Australian Bar and Restaurant that overlooks the rolling hills of a golf course; The Little Nel, a café that as seasonal menu changes and an overall comforting and welcoming atmosphere; and Sandpipers Restaurant, one that the locals frequently visit due to their fresh seafood and pleasing service.

The House – The beautifully renovated beach shack is structured with two bedrooms (one with an ensuite), and one main bathroom. The natural finished floors and crisp white timber clad walls, greet you on entry, and the rustic timber doors and windows provide an aroma of oaky wood.
A brand-new full kitchen has been installed to accommodate all your cooking needs, including an induction stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer combination, and a dishwasher. Leading on from the kitchen is an open plan dining and living room encompassing all holiday necessities, such as free wi-fi, and a smart TV to watch all your streaming services like Netflix, Stan and YouTube. Sliding doors open out onto large outdoor deck with amazing water views, a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. This view is not only stunning, but rushes in the smell of the crashing ocean waves.
The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom features a queen. Ducted air conditioning is built in throughout the home, along with an internal laundry with a washing machine and one main bathroom. Off street parking for two cars is available.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
