A Modern, Coastal Unit in Shoal Bay!

The Location - This modern apartment is located in 'The Shoal', situated one street back from popular Shoal Bay Beach and to many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Shoal Bay beach is a lovely pristine beach good for swimming and you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the high season school holidays and at Easter. There are many cycle tracks leading to either Nelson Bay (3km's away) and to Fingal Bay (4km's away) Bike hire is available in Shoal Bay. There are also a selection of beautiful walking tracks in the Tomaree National Park and to the summit of Tomaree Mountain which offers spectacular views over Port Stephens. and the Bay

The Apartment - This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in The Shoal. Open plan living and dining with flat screen TV and six seat dining table. Modern, well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The apartment features free WIFI, reverse cycle air conditioning, a balcony with a gas BBQ Relax and enjoy the beautiful water views on offer.

The main bedroom has a queen bed including an air conditioner and the second bedroom has a set of single bunk beds, a trundle and an air conditioner. There are two bathrooms including an ensuite off the main bedroom. The internal laundry features a washing machine and dryer. and is a secure building with lift access. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Please note this property included towel and sheets, however you will need to bring your beach towels. If you would like bed makes, please contact our office.

Please note that there are security cameras installed in the common areas of The Shoal. There are no cameras in individual apartments.

Absolute perfection!

This was my partner and I’s first Airbnb and needless to stay it was spectacular. The unit was sparkling clean, fresh linen and towels provided, air conditioning and the convenience of Netflix and YouTube for our nights in.
Will definitely be beck!

Nice view

One block from beach, shop and restaurants. Fairly quiet street. Could do with a much better clean throughout. Comfortable for family of 5 (small kids) although couch could be bigger as we all didn't fit on. Mattress in bunk room are fairly thin so ok for kids (ikea). The bathroom vent fan come on when lights are switched on and it is super loud in the main bedroom, so can disturb your sleep. Has Netflix on tv, just have to log into your own account and reliable wifi which is great to provide. Main bedroom also has a tv. Air conditioning throughout, although very dusty when started. Fairly good kitchen and everything works well. However could do with more crockery so you don't have to keep washing all the time. Overall I would stay here again for the convenience to the beach!
