The Location: This Townhouse is in the secure Quarterdeck complex, right on the waterfront with a small private jetty. Ideally placed close to both beaches and Lake Macquarie, you are close to both Caves Beach (with sea caves to explore) and Blacksmiths Beach (both patrolled during the Summer months). Lake Macquarie is perfect for fishing, boating and sailing and offers fantastic foreshore walks and parks (Pelican is a favourite for a picnic). Swansea offers shops, cafes, clubs, takeaways, all within walking distance.
The Townhouse: Quarterdeck Unit 4 is a refurbished double storey townhouse. The ground floor houses the air conditioned living area with TV, the dining area with seating for six and the kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full fridge / freezer.
