Set high on the hill in the exclusive One Mile Ridge Estate, this delightful 3 bedroom apartment offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style and charm. You will marvel at the expansive ocean views across One Mile Beach. The ideal entertainers delight, this air conditioned apartment provides guests with the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living with the main living room opening up to a full length furnished balcony with outdoor spa and breathtaking water views as a backdrop.

The open plan living area with unlimited Wifi offers floorboards throughout, chique furnishings, Flat Screen TV, Sound System and Wifi, solid timber industrial dining suite, and water views down One Mile Beach and to the mountains beyond. The elegant kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including microwave,dishwasher and a Coffee Machine. Large sliding doors open open to the al fresco dining area which includes an outdoor lounge suite, sitting areas, Gas BBQ plus an elevated outdoor spa which has been screened off for your privacy to sit back with a glass of your favourite, relax, rewind and enjoy the view.

Wake up to ocean views from the spacious master bedroom suite which comes with a queen size bed,side tables, walk-in robe, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a private ensuite bathroom with spa bath, glass shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the main balcony area and outdoor spa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, water views and sliding glass door access to the main balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers a Tri Bunk Bed and a set of bunk beds, ceiling fan and access to the main balcony. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, walk in shower with hand-held shower head option sink and separate toilet.

Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, dryer and a double garage space. Guests will also have full use of the invisible edge swimming pool and spa whilst enjoying the 180 degree hinterland and water views as well as the communal BBQ facilities located next to the pool.

Linen is provided at this property and the two queen beds and the double bed will be made up.

Take the short bush track from the apartment and walk to One Mile Beach which is a fully patrolled and flagged surf beach (Early October Mid April) and is the ideal spot for a family getaway, romantic weekend retreat or beach fishing experience. The Surf School operates lessons all year round from Swell Cafe and Restaurant which serves up breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week as well as Sunday afternoon live entertainment and themed events.

Close by is Boat Harbour and Anna Bay is the township where you can grab supplies with a Bakery, IGA grocery store, Newsagent, a garage, Restaurants and the Anna Bay Tavern. Birubi is the 4WD gateway to Stockton, hop on a tour or enjoy camel rides.

Great view

Great view, beds and linen good quality, well appointed. Very relaxing place.
We couldn't find the beach track.
The garage door did not work, there was red wood dust and wood all throughout the garage. The outdoor area was grubby and we wouldn't use the personal outdoor spa as it had a thick ring of scum around the top. It hadn't been cleaned....

Nice view but not enough good yet

brilliant view, good location,however it's difficult to find the unit number as there is not very clean sign to help visitor to get information.spent 1 hour to find the way to access the unit. as well as accessed the car garage by manually not by remote key

Dirty and not well maintained

Very disappointed with this apartment. Was dirty in many places, dust everywhere, very dirty BBQ unit, poor linen and towels. Apartment is not in good condition. Sent email about this to management company but got no reply so I guess it is of no interest. Only positive is that it has a great view of one mile beach. Would not book it again.

Great view!

Few hiccups finding the actual unit once through the gates. Wasn’t specified that you actually have to enter the garage on the right hand side, park there then go through the access door up the stairs to the unit - could of been better communicated and or signage I guess. Unit was nice view was amazing and we enjoyed our time there but was disappointed that it wasn’t cleaned very well. I clean houses and I wouldn’t of left it that way... it definitely hadn’t had a thorough clean after last guest.

Great view and location

The house has a fantastic view and is in a good location to the beach (10 min walk down a bush track). Overall the house is comfortable and nice, although we thought it could’ve been cleaned a bit more (there were cobwebs in the living room, the ceiling fans were very dusty and there was some hair in the bathroom and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well at all) and there were a few things that didn’t work (light in one of the bedrooms, the aircon and the showers had a constant trickle of water which is a bit of a waste of water). We enjoyed our stay, but just thought for the money we paid we probably would’ve expected a few more things to be in slightly better working order.

Stunning Location

View was amazing, place was great, few issues, front gate had to actually get out of the car and open gate, unclean BBQ, Gas Cooktop only 1 working, signage on oven was rubbed off - no instructions. Great place otherwise, thoroughly enjoy our stay we were very comfortable. Thanks

House with a nice view

This is a modern house with a beautiful view of the beach but some flaws. First the remote for the main gate of the property was not working. After we managed to drive through the main gate, we were unable to locate the garage & unit. Instructions could be more clearly stated. The house is located on an upper floor with no lift excess. We had to lug 4 large luggages up the stairs and it was raining heavily (no shelter to access the unit). There's also no heaters in 2 of the bedrooms. Other than that, the house is comfortable.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
