Birubi Beach is the northernmost section of the 'Golden Bight' — a huge expanse of beach which extends from Stockton near Newcastle to Port Stephens. From your holiday home, you're just a short 500m stroll to the local shops and tavern and 1km to the beach. Enjoy the surf and sunshine of this stunning area... swim or surf while watching for dolphins in the waves, take a 4WD over the dunes or onto Stockton Beach, ride a camel with the kids, have an afternoon acai bowl at the park or savour a cold beer overlooking the enormity of Stockton Beach at Crest Cafe.

The Beachhouse at Birubi has been set up to be your 'home away from home' — refreshingly modern and stylish, spacious and bright, and incredibly welcoming with all of the comforts you desire for your family holiday. Out the back is a fabulous sun deck overlooking the vast, fenced backyard. This amazing space accommodates all ages, with sports and sunshine enjoyed in the day, and a BBQ and fire pit (available to those so inclined and only by request) by night.

The outdoors flows inside to the main, open plan living area of the house, which has a lounge with a Smart TV, dining area and a kitchen which is fully set up with everything you need to prepare a meal for 4-6 adults and/or children. Just off the kitchen is a combined butler's pantry and laundry, with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Extra special little touches include a range of specialty teas and washing liquid available for your use.

A second, generous lounge room offers a sanctuary perfect for movie nights or for the kids to hang out and play board or video games, while the adults enjoy a cheeseboard and glass of wine with friends and family out on the deck.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with a ceiling fan. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in robe, TV (not Smart, live TV only) and private ensuite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and clothes hanger and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). In the main bathroom, set up the essential oil diffuser and fully relax with a long soak in the bath, then take advantage of the backlit mirror and hairdryer to get ready for the evening.

Catering for young children and babies when travelling can be difficult and so the property has been thoughtfully set up for children as much as possible. Everything you may need is available on request, including high chairs, a portacot (made up for your arrival), plastic plates/bowls/cutlery/cups, books, toys, puzzles and a playmat for the crawlers... there is even a baby monitor available! All items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after use.

Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway.
