nice view!
lovely getaway, the apartment was modern and nice however it was not cleaned properly sheets did not smell fresh and some had stains. the bench wasnt clean, tv had splatter stains..things jst needed a wipe down which was disappointing. the floors and bathroom were clean and the overall apartment was great

Disappointing management
Thank you for the taking the time to leave your feedback. We completely understand your disappointment with the cleanliness of the property and agree that this is not acceptable. Apparently housekeeping did not receive the notification to clean the property before this guest arrived, but we did follow up on this.

This is a disturbing review as no issue was mentioned to our office. All properties should be clean, with toilet paper etc and guests are entitled to their privacy. If we had known we would have sent housekeeping back immediately.

Very nice and comfortable stay
Very happy with the quality of the room and it's ammenities. A short walk to everything you could need which is great. At this time there is no supermarket near by but that will change when Woolies is built until then salamander bay is the closest. Great views of the marina and the water. Still very private and secure considering the front is pretty open. If I were to have one issue it would be the hot water service. Check that is is on when you get there. It's very small so I see trouble for families getting everyone showered without the water running out. Otherwise a great place I won't hesitate to go back to again.

The good news is that Nelson Bay Woolworths is now well and truly open for business, so you no longer need to drive to Salamander for groceries. The hot water system is instantaneous and we have not had any issues with it reported since. We do hope to see you again.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
