The house is within a 5-minute walk to the Spring Creek bush track and the netball and tennis courts and playground at the Torquay Oval, with the beach only a 10-minute walk and the town centre and café culture of Old Torquay an easy 15-minute stroll. Ideally located near the Torquay Golf Course and Club at the RACV Resort- head on over and enjoy a round of golf on the undulating par 71 course set against the backdrop of Torquay beaches.
After a day at the beach, park or exploring the area, you can unwind on the bench under the large tree in the stepped garden, or in the private and tranquil courtyard at the centre of the house. The house is set across 2 levels with a second living room where the kids can chill out. This house is the perfect choice for a family to enjoy a seaside holiday.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
