Fantastic Holiday unit with enclosed courtyard!

Fantastic 3 bedroom, ground floor unit located right across the road from Shoal Bay Beach... and the views are lovely!

The property features a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area with a television.There is an open patio area with beautiful views of Shoal Bay Beach and the heads.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and ensuite with and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a built in robe with a ceiling fan. And the third bedroom has two single beds and a built in robe (no ceiling fan). The family bathroom has a shower over a full bath.. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer, and a secure underground parking area.

The communal BBQ area and large grassed area for the kids to play on is a bonus and all this just a short walk from local restaurants and cafes!

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Shoal Bay gem

From the beautiful sunset views from the front patio to the well equipped kitchen, this unit is a gem. It's very well located directly opposite the beach and a short walk to the shops.

Update needed

We first stayed at this unit 15 years ago and have been back a couple of times. Location, location, location. The furniture is the same as it was 15 years ago. Needs an update

Perfect!

A lovely property directly opposite Shoal Bay beach. Perfect for the kids with a private and safe grassy area to play. A DVD player would have been handy, but other than that fully equipped with everyday necessities. We will be back!

The only major problem is in the bathroom a rail to get in and out of the shower as it is difficult and slippery when wet and this could cause someone to fall and really injure themselves. I have passed this onto Winnings, just to make them aware.

Brilliant location

Brilliant location, views, easy access. Basic furnishings but who cares when the view was spectacular. Could easily stay her for a month.

Great position.

We had a lovely stay in this unit. We choose it for the position and view but were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the place. It was very clean and had everything that you could need or think of.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
