Duplex Opposite Wanda Beach

The Location - This duplex is located across the road from Wanda Beach and only 600m to the Wanda Village Shops where you will find a newsagent, bakery, butcher, IGA, bottle-shop, restaurants and much more. Take a scenic walk around the headland or in the other direction along the beach to Bannisters Resort where you have a choice of three restaurants including the our Rick Stein Restaurant or across the road to Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers bistro meals with children's playground, roll-up bowls and entertainment. Horizons Golf course is approximately 3.2km from the duplex for guests who want to challenge themselves on the championship course or moor your vessel at the award winning Soldiers Point Marina, just 2.5km from the property. The township of Nelson Bay is approx 7.5km away.

The Duplex - This desirable modern duplex has a gorgeous view of the ocean and iconic headlands and basking in a sought-after north-east aspect. It is set over two levels with the main living area upstairs, here you will find a beautifully designed open plan area with ducted air conditioning. Wi-Fi, quality flooring and plantation shutters. The comfortable living area comes with a 65cm flat screen TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove top. There is an undercover balcony with outdoor furnishings that flows from the living area with water views and an the alfresco area out the back of the duplex overlooking the sparkling private in-ground pool with a gas BBQ and access to another downstairs living area.

There are three generous bedrooms, with the main bedroom located upstairs. It offers a king size bed, ducted air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with a shower. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one is fitted with a queen size bed and the other has two king single beds, both with ceiling fans. The stylish bathroom provides a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Other features include an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a powder room and a double automatic lock up garage with internal access.

Children should be supervised by all times when using the inground pool. Pool gate must be shut at all times.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
