The Duplex - Unwind and relax in our peaceful, private, renovated, fully air-conditioned, two level duplex with sole access to outdoor hot spa and in-ground swimming pool.
Two bedroom, one bathroom duplex. Accommodates 4 adults and one child. (bedroom one: queen bed, bedroom two: queen bed, plus a single trundle bed for a child). There is an additional toilet on the same level as the bedrooms.
This duplex is located at the rear and has been newly refurbished with modern fittings and is ideal for a family or friends. Offering an air-conditioned open plan living and dining area with flatscreen TV, fully self-contained kitchen with fridge, stove, cooktop and microwave. The main bathroom and a washing machine is located on the ground level. Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single trundle that is suitable for a child. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is a toilet on the upstairs level.
Enjoy your outdoor entertainment area with relaxing furnishings and BBQ, including sole use of a hot spa and in-ground swimming pool. Parking is available at the rear of a driveway.
There are smoke alarms at this property. This property is totally non-smoking including all external areas.

Top notch, everything you need and comfortable
Comfortable, super clean and everything you need, including some pantry items (never expected but nice to find). Large and comfortable, modern bathroom and having sole access to the pool, spa and bbq was wonderful. The hosts are in the other house/in front but we only saw them once so privacy was not an issue. Large kitchen with everything we needed to bunker in for 7 nights and just relax but cafes/shops ect are just down the road. Wifi was a bonus I wasnt expecting.
We're already talking about coming back to Nelson Bay so will be rebooking this place as it gives us everything we needed, many thanks to the hosts for providing quality accommodation,
Key pickup hint, address is Cnr Donald & Stockton, across the crossway from Woolworths.
Accommodation hint, Coles home delivery to your door was well worth it.

Great house and location..
Great location close to the beach and shops. Would recommend some comfy lounge chairs would be more comfy to lay around and watch a movie or play some games.
Air con needs to be added upstairs as it gets quite stuffy and warm we stayed in winter and still had issues with heat.

No air conditioning upstairs. The ceiling fans just blow hot air back on you. Do not expect to get a good night sleep.
Also after putting the kiddo to sleep was hoping to enjoy the night in the spa but there was curfew of 9.30!! The owners live in the front house and will not be shy about telling you to turn off the spa.
The block out blinds they have on the alfresco opposite the house/pool allow them to have privacy but not yourself.
We were not warned about any of the above prior to booking.
House was nice and neat
But wouldn't stay here again

Relaxing in Paradise
This home has pretty much everything that you need. Property is well looked after. 5 minute walk to beach. Bill and Jackie are great hosts that give you the privacy but not too far so we can ask for anything. Thanks so much for having us.

Perfect spot
Was such a great visit. Jackie and Bill were the perfect hosts. We loved the house it was modern comfy and the jacuzzi and pool were stunning.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
