From the moment you walk in the door that calm relaxed feeling will wash over you. This gorgeous 4 bedroom property has recently been renovated. The interiors are light filled and open plan with a coastal boho theme throughout. All the furniture is new including the beds & bed linen so you can enjoy a holiday in complete comfort and style.
Upstairs offers open plan living with a well equipped gourmet kitchen and modern appliances including an induction cooktop, two ovens and double dishwasher. There is an extensive range of electrical appliances such as a Nutri Bullet, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother and quality global knives. Essentials such as tea, coffee, olive oil, selection of dried herbs, salt & pepper, gladwrap, foil, baking paper, paper towel are provided.
The bifold doors open up the dinning and lounge area onto the front verandah which is perfect during the summer months. Enjoy relaxing on the daybed whilst taking in the beautiful ocean views or sit by the indoor fireplace with a glass of wine during the cooler months . The fuel for the fireplace can be organised at an additional cost of $25 per bottle. With a bluetooth speaker and SmartTV in the living room for your entertainment.
Upstairs you will also find a luxurious master bedroom with queen bed and designer ensuite. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a third room designed for the kids, it has a bunk bed (suitable for children only) and a designer fold out sofa bed that sleeps 2 as well as a smart tv to keep them occupied. The bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom with separate toilet.
Linen and towels are provided for all bedrooms and Planet Luxe hand wash and hand cream is an extra touch to make your stay more enjoyable The bedrooms and living areas feature ceiling fans that are super quite for your comfort.
The internal laundry includes a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and ironing board.
At the rear of the property is a lock up garage and room for off street parking for 3 cars. The Webber BBQ is stored in the garage.
Located just under three hours south of Sydney, Sea Salt is your perfect coastal getaway. With ocean views and a 2 minute walk to Narrawallee beach or a 10 minute walk to Mollymook beach means you can go for a morning swim before breakfast, stroll down to one of the cafes or just relax at home taking in the ocean views.

Fresh, clean, short walk to beach
Freshly renovated, spacious 4 bedroom house close walk to the most magic beach.
Very comfortable and clean minimalistic home. Clean kitchen utensils and fresh linen.
No back yard for entertaining but terrific deck that makes up for it! Kids loved the bunks (and their private TV)

A perfect holiday house
This newly renovated property was a sublime location for our recent family holiday. Everything was top drawer, it's just a few minutes walk from beautiful Narrawallee beach and there's a spectacular outlook from the spacious top verandah. One suggestion would be to bring the hose closer to the front so it's easier to get sand off feet and perhaps a path or something to stand on near the clothesline. Overall though, I'd highly recommend.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
