Water Views From The Deck
The Location - Set up high on Wanda Headland, 69 Scott Circuit offers breathtaking water views of the bay. A 800m walk takes you down to either Salamander Beach or Wanda Beach, both are picturesque spots with sandy beaches and calm waters for swimming (tidal). You can walk around the Wanda Headland which separates the two beaches, and offers a picturesque setting with bench seats along the way. Also nearby (350m) are the Wanda Beach Shops, offering restaurants, takeaways, cafe, convenience store, butcher, bakery, chemist, post office, day spa and bottle shop. For fine dining, the Rick Stein Restaurant is just under 2km away (at the Bannisters Resort, which has other dining options as well). Opposite Bannisters is the Soldiers Point Bowling Club for affordable bistro meals. Visit the main Salamander Shopping Centre (4.5km away) for more grocery and shopping options. If you are a keen golfer then the Horizons Golf Course is only 3km away. The main township of Nelson Bay is 7.5km away.
The House - 69 Scott Circuit is set over two levels. you enter along a walk way to the upper level where you are welcomed to the main living area. The home offers a TV, DVD and CD player with a ceiling fan (please note that the fire is not in use). The well equipped kitchen offers an oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The main bedroom is on this level and offers a queen size bed and ceiling fan, the second bedroom offers a set of bunk beds plus there is bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom (with a queen bed) and the second bathroom is downstairs.
The highlight to this property are the lovely elevated water views it offers from both lower and upper decks which is fitted with outdoor furnishings and a Weber BBQ. Wi-Fi is available at this property. Other features to this holiday retreat is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes line outside and sloping driveway parking (please note: the garage is not in use).
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
