The Location - Located 6kms north of Coffs Harbour, and 20m to Campbells beach, Sapphire Pines is a stunning apartment with ocean views! Be at the center of everything to explore and discover Coffs Harbour, which includes the many local attractions like: white water rafting, surf rafting, swimming, surfing, kayaking, whale watching, Coffs Harbour Marina, The Big Banana, The Botanical Gardens, Golf at Bonville International Golf Course, Rainforest walks at Dorrigo National Park, 4WD tours, Pet Porpoise Pool, and many more.
The Apartment – This apartment creates a blend of outdoor and indoor lifestyle with large sliding doors connecting the living and outdoor entertainment. Raked ceilings, open plan and large living spaces designed for comfort. It’s prime beachside location with direct beach access.
Polished timber floors welcome you into apartment, as well as a gorgeous light fixture making the hallway sparkle as guests travel to the open plan living, dining and kitchen. The lounge room has free wi-fi, a flat screen Kogan Smart TV, ceiling fans, and a Dakin air conditioner to keep you cool during the summer. The wooden theme isn’t only kept to the floor, as Sapphire Pines offers a beautiful range of wooden items in this area, including the coffee table, chairs and decorative side tables.
The pine wood kitchen gives Sapphire Pines it’s friendly name, and has plenty of bench and storage space, as well as three stools in front of the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full fridge and freezer combo, microwave, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. On the other side of the kitchen you are treated to an extra seating space with comfortable furniture and books provided to transport you to another world.
The large floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows in the open plan area allows you to step outside onto the bricked undercover patio and see the stunning outlook that is the Sapphire sea. Enjoy yourself with outdoor furniture, the BBQ, and travel around to the pool and cabana accessed via the main entry key that opens the foyer door. You will also have access to our tennis court, sauna and squash court facilities.
The master bedroom also follows the wooden furniture theme of the apartment and has a king bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, beside tables and lamps, a sliding door to access the patio, an separate air conditioning system, and it’s own private ensuite. The elegant ensuite comes with its own spa bath/shower combo, vanity, and toilet. The other two rooms are fitted with queen beds, air conditioners and bedside tables and lambs. One of the queen rooms has access to the patio through a sliding door as well as a ceiling fan.
The main bathroom is gorgeous with a glass shower, vanity and toilet. There is also an internal washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Feel safe parking your car at our apartment as we provide a secure double lock-up garage. The garage is located one level underground.
Security gates close off at 9pm and reopen at 6am.
Linens and bed makes are supplied. There are smoke alarms at this property.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
