The Location - This holiday home is located in a quiet boutique complex which features a communal outdoor pool and BBQ area and is nestled only 600 metres away from the pristine waters of Fingal Beach, a patrolled beach which offers safe swimming for the little ones. A little further up the beach is a cafe, surf club and restaurant and playground. A cycle path continues all the way to Shoal Bay (3km away). Nelson Bay is 5.5km away.
The Townhouse - This townhouse has been designed to invite! Situated over two levels with a generous tiled living space downstairs boasting plenty of natural light, this open plan area includes a well equipped kitchen with a curved bench top and features a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built in oven and stove top. The dining area then leads to a spacious lounge area with flat screen TV, Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Two separate doors lead out to the wrap around private paved courtyard with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ. There is an internal laundry with a washer/dryer, plus an extra toilet next to the laundry. There is wi-fi at this property
Upstairs offers three bedrooms all with built in robes and balcony access. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a ceiling fan and the third has a king single plus trundle.The main bathroom has a shower, vanity, a corner spa bath, with the toilet separate. The townhouse also features a double lock up garage for guest use.

Great accommodation for 2 adults & 2 teenage children. Great location for Fingal Bay & great cycle route to
Shoal bay/Nelson Bay - would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, clean and spacious townhouse
My family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) stayed very comfortably in this accommodation - it had everything we needed including WIFI which my kids were very happy about. I liked the well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and the fact that it was only a short walk to the beach and coffee. The townhouse was very clean and well presented and it was a bonus that all the bedding was made up and ready to go. There were plenty of spare pillows and blankets. Loved having the ensuite and extra toilet downstairs - no fighting over bathrooms. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to go back again in the future.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
