The Location - Ronem Cottage is ideally located 200 metres along a walkway to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a playground, and just one kilometre to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the marina.
The House - This older style cottage is an affordable option in a great location. There are water views from the balcony, a living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, upright stove and fridge. Three bedrooms (double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed), on bathroom with a shower and bath and an external laundry with a washer, dryer and an extra toilet. Secure parking in a single lock up garage, plus driveway parking for another car or boat.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Great views and location
A comfortable budget option for families with a great view of the bay and charming Dutchman's beach a short walk away down some public stairs. House had a few maintenance and structural issues but nothing I wasn't happy to live with for a few days. I would urge the owners to replace the old, broken clothes horse, as it made it difficult to dry our washing - the outdoor clothesline looked great but it was pouring with rain!

A Poor Choice
The house was advertised with a dryer and washing machine, The dryer did not work. The washing machine leaked water badly. The laundry floor waste was blocked, and the floor flooded. Two visits to Winnings to have it repaired. The cockroaches were friendly. The house was extremely cluttered with un-needed furniture and belongings. Windows didn't lock and fly screens are damaged. The house is in need of considerable maintenance. My wife spend her first hour cleaning the bathroom.

Peaceful escape
I book this place 2 months ago & I'm so glad I did. Small cottage 100 meters walk to the beach and great view from the house 24/7

Great views
I booked this house at the last minute and I'm glad it was still available, I would definitely return. The only thing was the street is very narrow which made it a bit difficult to manoeuvre but it was still possible.

Needs urgent renovation
This house has million dollar views, but can do With some serious renovations.
Also a visit from pest control could help

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
