Fully renovated and with a new extension, this beautiful coastal home is nestled in front of dune reserve at Mt Coolum. This beachfront location offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life with the sounds of the ocean wafting through the paperbark trees. The heated plunge pool allows lovely swimming through the cooler months as well as that refreshing dip in summer.

** ACCOMMODATION DETAILS **
Accommodation is included for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with ensuites - one on each level. The main bathroom is downstairs and services the other 2 bedrooms, and has double entry with direct access from one of the bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 – 2 Single beds, can be pushed together for short king bed on request. If you require the single beds to be made into a king, please call Prestige staff direct for approval for particular bed-make requests, thank you.

Junior Master Bedroom 3 – Queen bed and ensuite with bath, shower and toilet
Bedroom 4 – Queen bed – dual access door to main bathroom

** KITCHEN **
The fully equipped, modern kitchen features stone benchtops and a breakfast bar and overlooks the dining and lounge. It boasts a large, freestanding gas stovetop/oven, a dishwasher, family fridge, coffee machine (ground coffee required) and plenty of bench space for preparing meals.

** ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS **
This house has a lovely, light and bright open plan kitchen, dining and living room, all overlooking the outdoor entertaining area and paperbark trees beyond.

The alfresco entertainment spaces overlook the heated plunge pool, with a north east aspect ensuring lots of sunlight throughout the day.

There are several lovely covered outdoor spaces to relax, with the outdoor dining one option or the outdoor lounge area with open fireplace (BYO firewood) presenting a great space to chill out with a cold drink.

You'll find another smaller table and chairs under the covered patio off the fourth bedroom, and a daybed off the junior master bedroom overlooking the front garden.

There is plenty of space to gather or find a quiet corner to read or listen to the surf in the background.

** LOCATION **
Mount Coolum and Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast's most popular destinations with its proximity to Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads. It is also only 10 minutes to Maroochydore Airport.

The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels. The pet friendly beach is also popular for fishing.

For the golf enthusiasts, the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are just a short drive from the house, so pack the clubs.

There are several local cafes within easy walking distance, and it's a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or 10 minutes to Coolum Beach.
