Pacific Vista is a home tucked away in a private position surrounded by the best nature has to offer including the amazing 180 degree views of the ocean... simply breathtaking. There is a koala corridor just a short distance from the house, take walk you never know what you might see!

Upon entering the property you will immediately see the views of the ocean from the spacious living area as well as the dining room and well equipped kitchen.

On this main level is the large corner kitchen with all the modern appliances you would expect (including pod coffee machine), through to the massive living area that has stunning timber flooring and Hollywood lighting to create an ambience of absolute relaxation.

Brand new furniture throughout including a large 75-inch TV makes this home an ideal holiday retreat.
The large east facing deck and wrap around verandah with sun lounge and dining table, makes for beautiful morning breakfasts as you watch the sun rise, or balmy evening gatherings with the help of a new Weber BBQ.

There are 2 bedroom on this main level:
* Bedroom 1- King bed with an ensuite that includes a clawfoot bath.
* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, this room also has an ensuite
*Bedroom 3 - Trio bunk & Sofa bed, there is a bathroom on this level as well.
The third bedroom is on the lower level. This room has a second 55 inch TV, games console and board games, jigsaws and cards aplenty. Ideal as the kids retreat or still large enough to sleep 4 adults.
All bedrooms have block out blinds for a great holiday sleep-in.

The house has multiple reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
There is room for 1 car in the garage along side the Pool table.

It is less than a ten minute drive to Coffs Harbour’s heritage-listed jetty, and the nature reserve of Mutton-bird Island. With the townships of Sawtell and Boambee to the south, and the turquoise beaches of Sapphire, Moonee and Emerald to the north, Pacific Vista is centrally located and only 3 minutes to the Coffs Harbour town centre.

* No Parties or Celebrations, No School Leavers
* This is not a team gathering property for sporting events.
There is a security bond required of $500.00 that is not included in the tariff.
