Situated in the Belle Mare gated community, this luxury house offers all the creature comforts of home. The house has access to fantastic facilities that include a tennis court, swimming pool, playground and recreational park. There is also direct access through the dune reserve to the pristine surf beach.

** ACCOMMODATION **
There are 3 large bedrooms and a media room with a foldout couch, providing bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests. The home is light-filled and modern with ducted air-conditioning and 2 bathrooms, plus a powder room. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room overlook the private, undercover outdoor area and pet friendly backyard.

The stunning, fully equipped galley kitchen features white stone benchtop, a gas stovetop, integrated fridge, Nespresso coffee pod machine and milk frother and high quality appliances.

** LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT AREAS **
The downstairs open plan living, dining and kitchen flow together with floor-to-ceiling stacker doors allowing seamless access to the outdoor entertaining area. Due to its north facing orientation, the living space is light and airy with a big comfy lounge to relax and watch TV.

The protected outdoor lounge is another place to relax and enjoy the morning sun. Upstairs, there is a large TV room with a big comfortable lounge by day that converts to a queen size bed at night. If you have to bring your work on holidays, the study is part of this large living space.
