The Location - Oasis is a modern apartment complex looking down over D'Albora Marina and Port Stephens Harbour and just 100 metres into town for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping and only 350 metres to Nelson Bay Beach.
The Apartment - This modern, spacious penthouse apartment has panoramic water views across the Bay. Well appointed with ducted air conditioning throughout, open plan living with a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, a dining area and a gourmet kitchen with cook-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine (ground coffee) (plus a Weber gas BBQ on the balcony with outdoor dining with a view). The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite, second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has two single beds, fourth bedroom has a double bed, main bathroom with bath and shower and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Plus secure undercover parking for two cars and lift access to the apartment.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Great unit, but....
Excellent unit and location. But a bit disappointed with check in experience. Second set of keys was not for our unit,unit was not ready on time, TV was not repaired till day 2 (even though problem was known in advance of our arrival), unit was not cleaned thoroughly.

A bit disappointed.
TV in main room did not work at all. Reported this to Winning Holidays but nothing repaired. No TV during entire 3 night stay.
PlayStation / TV in bedroom does not work and should be removed.
Apartment was quite dirty. We had to clean for first 2 hours of our stay. We would recommend a full clean of apartment.
Great location and sized apartment but the issues have very much effected our experience. If the few issues we noted are resolved we would recommend staying here to others but not currently.

Beautiful property, poor property management
The apartment was beautiful however the experience from winning was not. We had to argue to get more than one set of keys for a four bedroom apartment. We found used face masks and other unclean items in drawers, at had faults and winning were slow to respond and there were no user manuals for basics like air con even after we asked

Awesome place to stay!
What a surprise when we opened the door to this beautiful apartment. To say its huge is an under statement. 4 bedrooms, 2 showers, 3 toilets, aircon, large fully equipped kitchen, dinning / family area, bbq, double garage that fits 2 vehicles with plenty of room and that view was stunning all in a security building on the top floor. Close to the marina and all shops. Place was clean and comfortable. A second set of keys and remote would of been easier but not an issue. Will certainly be staying at this gorgeous apartment for years to come!

Great holiday
The apartment was well appointed and in a great location with excellent views. However we found a few items which need attending to. These are:
- the microwave oven did not work;
- faulty door lock on the toilet door; and
- the coffee table was not clean.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
