The Location - Moy at Nelson Bay is between Dutchies Beach and Nelson Bay. It is a 500 metre walk to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a children's playground. 600 metres in the other direction is Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants.
The Duplex - This Dutchies beach townhouse is beautifully appointed and offers filtered waterviews over the Harbour. Air conditioned living with a flatscreen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and free WiFi, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with ceiling fans (queen bed, double bed and two single beds), main bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite, bedroom three with a flatscreen TV (for DVD's and games only, not connected to the aerial), main bathroom with shower and bath and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Alfresco dining on the balcony with a gas BBQ, plus a private courtyard and a double lock up garage for secure parking.

Just Perfect!
The house was clean, tidy, in the perfect location with a lovely view. Very comfortable, great amenities wonderful service. My only minor suggestion would be to bring a couple of extra tea towels for the kitchen if you are staying more than a couple of days. Overall fantastic experience.

Comfortable stylish apartment
We have just spent a very pleasant 8 days in Moy on Thurlow Avenue.
This is a stylish well presented unit a short walk from Nelson Bay marina, comfortably furnished, and with beautiful views over the bay.

Beautiful place
The pick up of the key was complicated, because the Box doesn't work. We made until now several request because of a recipe of the charge. The resident is a very nice place.

Good Clean Accommodation
Good location with good views, clean, Tidy, secure parking, driveway was a little steep when reversing up with boat. Would stay again and the $600+ for 3 days was a reasonable tariff.

Great location
This was a great place to stay, we had 2 couples and 2 toddlers staying (remember to BYO baby gate for the stairs if you have kids).
The house was very well set up, and in a great location, very convenient to walk to the Marina and a quick drive down the road to Duchies Beach. Plenty of parking space.
Lovely balcony to sit out on, and great lounge room for board games.
Would recommend and would stay again!

Amazing Value
This was a very clean, comfortable, well-maintained duplex 3mins walk from the Nelson Bay Marina. Perfect for a family getaway with Kids. Every little detail was thought of.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
