The Location - This delightful holiday cottage is situated in a perfect location only 700m to the rocky headland and the gateway to the spectacular Stockton Sand Dunes, The northern end of Stockton Beach is called Birubi Beach and is only 1km from the house. Here you will find a cafe, a patrolled surf beach which is good for swimming, fishing and surfing plus a 4WD track onto the amazing dunes. You can take a 4WD tour up the dunes, go sand boarding or take a camel ride along the beach. The Anna Bay shops area 800m away and provide a selection of shops including an IGA, butcher, bakery, post office, chemist, bottle shop and petrol station. There are also a few restaurants including the Anna Bay Tavern for bistro meals. Another beautiful beach close by is One Mile Beach and is just 3km away. The township of Nelson Bay is a further 11km away and offers an array of boutique shops, restaurant, cafes and the D'Albora Marina which offers many aquatic activities including our ever popular dolphin cruise.
The House - This air conditioned holiday cottage is the perfect place for your next Port Stephens holiday. The living area features a smart flat screen, Foxtel, unlimited Wi-fi and a ceiling fan. The dining area has air conditioning and a standard size piano situated in the room, with a spacious equipped kitchen providing plenty of bench space , a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, cook-top, microwave and full fridge/freezer. Flowing from the dining area is a quirky little retreat, perfect for the teenagers offering a lounge, flat screen TV, air conditioning and another dining table with four chairs.
There are three bedrooms available, the master has a king size bed and air conditioning, the second bedroom has two singles and the third has a queen size bed with a ceiling fan. The bathroom comes equipped with with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet with the internal laundry offering a washer and dryer.
The house offers a private courtyard with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ plus there is a carport and off street parking.There are definitely smoke alarms in the property.

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
