This holiday home will tick all the boxes for your next relaxing getaway to Nelson Bay. This stunning, modern apartment is located a short flat walk to the d'Albora Marina, plenty of Restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. With a view as fantastic as this you will never want to leave.

This attractive apartment is all one level with the option of the lift or the stairs to the front door. As you enter the property you are greeted with spectacular views of Nelson Bays Foreshore. The spacious balcony is the perfect entertaining area with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs.

The open plan living room has ducted air-conditioning throughout and bi-fold doors opening the room up even further on to the balcony to let in that afternoon breeze. The dining table and kitchen is also featured in this room. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove top, oven and dishwasher.

This stylish apartment can sleep up to 6 guests with 3 generous bedrooms. The main bedroom has a lovely Queen Size bed with an ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third with a single bed and trundle bed. All bedrooms have bi fold doors that open up to the balcony.

There is two car spaces in the secure lock up garage for you. Unfortunately there is no visitors parking allowed on the premises. (Please note the garage is low measuring to about two metres high.)

Right across the road is Fly Point beach which is very popular for Stand up paddle boarding and snorkeling as there is a sanctuary. You wont want to miss this opportunity at staying at one of the most ideal locations in Nelson Bay.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Almost perfect

Very comfy apartment with almost everything you need for your stay.
It was raining most of the week we were there so was a bit disappointed to find we had spent all the money to stay there and there is no WiFi. We spent most of our time inside so would have been nice to be able to take advantage of the beautiful smart TV and use our netflix a d Stan accounts.
Kitchen utensils could use a little updating as some basics like cheese grater missing. Also coffee machine pictured is not the coffee machine there, you will need to take pods for that machine.
Beds are super comfy though, amazing views, bathrooms clean and location is A+. Thanks for having us.

Great location

Just letting you know. Microwave, coffee maker and bottom half of dishwasher not working. Balcony dirty and greasy and drain clogged with leaves. Minimal necessities supplied - 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 tea bags, 1 coffee pod, no washing powder etc

We are genuinely disappointed to receive this review as this property averages four to five star reviews. We have checked the appliances mentioned and cannot find any issues, nor have any other guests mentioned this. On arrival we do supply a starter pack of necessities which does contain more than what has been described. We have spoken to housekeeping to ensure consistency. The balcony should have been clean on arrival and our apologies that this was not the case, we now have measure in place to double check these open areas that are subject to weather. Please be assured this is a fantastic property in an ideal location and we are striving to get back five star reviews!

Fabulous

The heading says it all. The stay was absolutely "Fabulous". Excellent location and a most amazing apartment. Worth every cent that we paid for the stay. I could wax eloquent about the unit, but it has to be experienced. This is the first time that I am giving a 5 star review as I could not fault this place.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
