The Location - Little Hut is directly across from Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a boat ramp. It is also just 400 metres from the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach and just over two kilometres from Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants.
The Unit - This second floor unit is in a great position for your next holiday or short break. There is a balcony that offers uninterrupted views of the water, open plan living with a ceiling fans, a flat screen TV and a DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a ceiling fan and a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed, plus a bathroom with a shower (no bath) and an external share laundry with a washer and dryer. Carport parking for one car is available.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Awesome location!
The unit is in an unassuming building right across Little Beach which is probably the calmest beach I've been. It wasn't very busy when we were there so the kids even set up a volleyball net in the grass area of the beach and we supervise from the balcony.
The furnishings are a bit dated but this didn't really matter much because the unit
is very clean.

Great location
Waterview was great. Its an old style unit. Was nice and clean, just
Needs updating/refreshing.
The cane bedhead needed a good dusting and the sofa needs updating or new cushion covers. The bunk bed swayed
We couldn’t park our car in the allocated carspace as it was built for smaller cars

Very poor
Paid $400 a night waked in to find a big red bag of linen on the floor to put on my self not to mention no towels no aircon 1 toilet roll. You would probably expect this at a caravan park but for $400 a night I highly do not recommend this place. Such a shame as the only thing that was good was the view.

Next time please contact our office immediately and our team can send out missing items such as towels/ toilet paper. Perfect location
It was our second time staying at this property and we will be back. Location is great with Little Beach directly across the road. It is an old unit but well maintained. Would like to see an air conditioner installed as it gets hot. Fans in all rooms help but bedroom windows can only be opened a fraction due to safety regulations so air flow is restricted.

Ad close to little beach as you can get
Good. 1960s apartment block with a recent fit out. Unit 3 Designated car park under building was so narrow I had to climb out of our medium size car via passenger side. 2.1 m max height clearance. $20 fee for late key pickup, this was clearly advised beforehand.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
