The Location - This lovely unit is situated in a desirable waterfront area at Shoal Bay just steps to the waters edge,a 300m stroll will bring you to a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops and a 600m stroll in the opposite direction brings you to the remarkable Tomaree Headland offering stunning views from the summit. Shoal Bay provide sa range of activities including bush walking along the many tracks where you could spot a Koala or Echidna, the kids will love being close to the water where they can splash and play on the sand, hire kayaks,stand-up paddle boards(open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter)and bicycles. A 3 km drive or bike ride will bring you to Nelson Bay where there is a larger selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and activities including our popular dolphin watch cruises.
The Unit - This neat and cosy two bedroom unit is situated on the second floor and staged over two levels in a small apartment block. The open plan living and dining has everything you need for a short getaway to the sandy beaches of Shoal Bay. Offering a flatscreen TV with Apple TV box, comfortable lounges and air conditioning plus a dining table and six chairs. The compact well equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove top and fridge/freezer.The unit offers filtered distant water views.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms, the master bedroom offers a queen size bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds, both with ceiling fans and built in robes. The modern bathroom comes complete with glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features to the property include shared external laundry fitted with a washing machine and dryer and an underground parking space for one car. Please note there is no lift to the unit. There are definitely smoke alarms in the property.

Great Location
Great location close to beach walks and shops. Lots of stairs to climb but wasn't a problem for us. lots of storage in bedrooms and hanging space. air conditioning in lounge room and fans in bedrooms brilliant on those hot summer nights.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
