The Location - Le Vogue is set above Nelson Bay looking out over the harbour and just 600 metres walk into town or the beach for calm water swimming, the marina, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. The complex also has a swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court for guest use (bring your own racquets).
The Apartment - Overlooking the harbour and up the coast, this spacious fully air conditioned apartment has a large balcony with gas BBQ for impressive outdoor dining, leading to open plan, air conditioned living with a ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, flat screen Smart TV, a dining area and a kitchen with microwave, oven, cook-top, Aldi Expressi coffee machine and a dishwasher. The main bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, walk in robe and an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Single lock up garage space and lift access to the apartment too.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Nice unit, great views. A little tired in places. Unfortunately, the previous occupant was a heavy smoker in a non-smoking property. Quite a strong odour.

Felt unwelcome
Booked for five people as we need help when caring for our 18 year old son with severe disabilities. And instead of relaxing like we had hoped, found ourselves needing to go to the shops to purchase what we feel are needed in a premium apartment. Such as: milk, coffee, (2 sachets for five people?) paper towels, soap shampoo, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid (one sachet is not enough), and washing powder ( washing machine needs washing powder or liquid!).
It would have been nice to put new batteries in the tv remote and have bath mats too!
I will say a friendly neighbor lent me some toilet paper!

Housekeeping will be spoken to regarding the lack of toilet paper that was left at the property, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. A starter welcome pack is left for our guests but as most short stay accommodation, shampoo, laundry powder and pantry items are not provided
as these are items for guests to buy or bring. Thanks for letting us know about the TV remote needing new batteries.

Wonderful view
Well presented apartment within walking distance to amenities. Comfortable beds, secure parking, friendly residents, nice size pool and spa.
Basic essentials would be appreciated. There were no dishwasher tablets, no soap, no shampoo, only one toilet roll. We had organised hire of bed linen but there were no tea towels provided. Also covers already on bed had hair and makeup on them.
Inconvenient, time consuming and frustrating key collection system. All fine if you have smart phone and internet connection. Didn't like my phone at all but worked with my partners. A queue of people having similar issues.

You should have received our complimentary Welcome Pack which are now available for our valued guests, to make your stay more comfortable such as soap, tea/coffee, salt/pepper, detergent, shampoo etc, our sincere apologies if this was not the case, housekeeping will be spoken to regarding this matter and the cleanliness of the bed cover. The secure key hub was designed and located so guests didn't have to come in to Nelson Bay and struggle to find parking to pick keys up, plus it makes it convenient for afterhours pick up at no extra cost. We understand there have been a few issues with some guests unlocking keys, this is due to them not downloading the lock vue app when guests receive our confirmation email, requesting them to download app before leaving for their holiday as the reception at the key hub can be weak at times. Some guests have had issues as they are not following the instructions properly. We are working hard to make the process hassle free for our valued guests.

Magnificent views
The apartment is centrally positioned close to Nelson Bay CBD. Located on the fourth floor with magnificent views across Port Stephens. Enjoyed many hours watching the boats go by and the setting sunset. A must to mention is the stunning interior decoration and furnishings. Only area to improve on is that cupboards, cutlery and crockery were not clean on arrival. Apart from that a fantastic stay!

Fantastic place to live
It was really good to live in this water front apartment, we simply enjoyed living inside rather than going out, I recommended to my other friends too so they live in the same apartment next time.

Great balcony views
We stayed for 2 nights. The unit is modern and clean. There are balcony's off all 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom opens onto the main front balcony. Pool area is great and has a spa, there is a small gym and good sauna. I would say it is one of the best places to stay near the beach.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
